MENTORING
1. Group Mentoring
We provide group mentoring to young people, focusing on personal and career development. This includes; identifying careers, character development and creating a personalised road map for each young person.
2. Peer Mentor Training
We deliver specialist training to young people so they can mentor their friends, siblings and peers. The training turns young people into peer mentors so they can motivate others to succeed in school and education, build confidence & self – esteem and identify career goals.
